The parent company – Limton Watch Co. – started its operation as a watch showroom from Calcutta (India)

Limton Watch Co. – Electronic Products Division
The young Director, Mr. Noor ur Rehman diversified by starting industrial Time Attendance Systems, under Limton Watch Co. – Electronic Products Division. Even to-date, Limton’s earliest time recorders are remembered by people who had used it as “the best” system in earlier years.

Intelligent Card Based Attendance Machines
With advent of computerization, Limton launched first intelligent card based attendance machines along with its in-house reporting software.
ID Cards Printing Solutions
Limton also ventured into personal ID cards printing solutions; offering a complete range of ID Card Printers & Printing setup to clients as well as offering Card Printing services to interested clients, through its own in house.

Hand Held Computer
Limton introduced the Hand Held Computer through a first-time meter reading project in SSGC. This began not only a new business domain for Limton but also started the widespread use of Hand Held Computers, Scanners & Printers in Pakistan to automate various processes; Utility Meter Reading, Sales Force Automation, Courier Tracking, Inventory Management, Asset Management, ePolicing, etc. Till date, Limton is amongst leading solution providers in this domain.
Hand Geometry Attendance & Access Control System
Limton introduced the first Biometric Hand Geometry Attendance & Access Control System in Pakistan. This state-of-art product was a revolution in the industry as it catered to major challenges of fraudulent attendance. Marking attendance by one’s own hand meant no more buddy punching & malpractices. The industry adopted this solution in big numbers & Hand Geometry systems are still popular choice for industries.
