Shipping policy
- Standard delivery through courier with no added cost will be provided to any address within Pakistan
- Please fill-in your complete & courier traceable address when placing orders. Courier cannot deliver to PO Boxes and/or to any location beyond their operating boundary
- Orders can be processed for items available in stock & for orders that are paid for
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 02 working days
- Shipping time will be as per courier service operations; which is usually 2-3 working days for major cities & 4-5 working days for other cities
- Customers to directly trace their orders with courier company against the courier tracking number which will be provided once dispatch is confirmed from our end
